Diabão: The Man Who Became a Living Demon—Here’s What He Looked Like Before

Over the years, we’ve all seen people dive head-first into extreme body transformations—whether through ink, extreme fitness, or radical surgeries. But Michel “Diabão” Faro do Prado, a Brazilian tattoo artist, may have redefined that boundary entirely.

🧛 Horn Implants: Becoming the Devil
Michel, affectionately known online as “Big Devil,” is among the world’s most heavily modified individuals. His body is a canvas of deep black tattoos—covering nearly 85% of his skin—accented by implanted horns, altered ears, and reshaped teeth. He regularly shares these dramatic changes with his 300,000+ Instagram followers.

In speaking with the media, Michel emphasized his tolerance for pain, admitting that post-surgery agony often outweighs the procedure itself. “If I must endure pain to reach my desired form, I will face it,” he declared, citing New York Post.

The “Human Satan” Moniker
Some cringe at the title “Human Satan.” Michel embraces it. He shares a philosophical take: the concept of a devilic figure is subjective. When asked if he worships satanic ideals, he responded that his transformation aligns with beauty and creativity—not evil. He maintains he is, at heart, a believer in God.

His alterations aren’t complete. Michel has undergone an astounding array of body modifications: transdermal and silicone implants, scarification, and the removal of nose, ears, navel, and nipples. His tongue is bifurcated and tattooed, his mouth is split, and he sports a chrome dental implant—not to mention liposuction and abdominoplasty.

Claws in Place of Fingers
In his latest transformation, Michel surgically removed his pinky and ring fingers on both hands to craft claws. The shocking images went viral, contributing to his additional buzz online.

He now holds a Guinness World Record for the most horn implants (33!!) and claims to have undergone over 60 body-altering procedures.

In a powerful moment, he described achieving the record as almost surreal—so much so that tears came to his eyes.

A Life Transformed by Modification
Born in Santos and now based in Praia Grande, Michel’s journey began in the ’90s. He embraced the hippie movement and got his first tribal tattoo. By the mid-2000s, he was working professionally as a tattoo artist. Eventually, his path led him to Carol—nicknamed “Demon Woman”—and together they opened a tattoo studio, raising a son.

They’ve been together 15 years. Offline, Carol was initially hesitant about Michel’s radical changes. But over time, they’ve both embraced the transformation lifestyle, aligning their bodies with their deepest sense of identity.

The Transformation—Then and Now
On social media, Michel often shares photos from before his metamorphosis. The contrast is jarring. Some viewers are horrified:

“There’s no going back… you’ll never look like your old self again,”
while others are supportive:
“They’re trying to feel relief the more different they look.”

Final Thoughts
Michel “Diabão” Faro do Prado isn’t just a figure for shock value—his dramatic transformation invites us to rethink identity, aesthetics, and personal autonomy. It raises powerful questions: to what lengths will you go to look and feel truly like yourself?

What do you think? Are transformations like these an expression of freedom—or a step too far? Let me know in the comments!
